What does ‘regenerative’ mean to different people who are working with and affecting land across Cumbria? And if we work to regenerate the land, what does this mean in the context of biodiversity, climate change and community resilience? Harriet will be chairing this event for the Royal Geographical Society at Rheged, near Penrith, to explore regenerative approaches and discuss pathways to change. Come along – there’s much to learn and the more people in the conversation, the better.
In Person, Rheged, Penrith, Nov 10th, 6pm
The evening will be introduced by a film showing from Horseback Adventure Clare Dyson. Then the discussion opens, with panellists:
- Caroline Grindrod (Regenerative Agriculture Consultant)
- Jasmine Holliday (Lake District National Park Authority)
- David Kelly (Farmer)
- Pete Leeson (Woodland Trust)
- Nic Renison (Carbon Calling)
- Jez Westgarth (National Trust)
